What happens in your retainer?
Choose between getting your systems scrubbed once a quarter, or twice a year. We’ll work closely for a week at whichever schedule you choose.
First time working together?
Your retainer will begin with a strategy call and systems audit so we’re clear on what’s working, what needs attention, and how to use your True north time effectively.
step 1: book your True North week
At the start of the quarter/half year, I’ll be in touch to lock in your slot. You don’t have to wait until the end of the period if you got moves to make pronto.
Step 2: Send your systems updates
Once your week’s confirmed, I’ll send over a support request form. You can pop in ideas, updates, or changes as they come up and I’ll keep track of it all ahead of our kick-off.
step 3: Start your build days with a planning call
A month before your True North week, I’ll be in touch to book our planning call this will always be on a Monday. We’ll review what’s shifted, what needs evolving, and choose the top priorities for the build days.
step 4: i get to work
Over two focused build days, I’ll upgrade each of your top priority areas. We’re talking workflows, automations, forms… the lot.
step 5: final feedback & testing
On day 4, you’ll get a walkthrough, time to test things out, and space to share feedback before I polish it up.

This isn’t a blank slate or full rebuild. It doesn’t include:

Complete redesign of forms (especially if they need custom code)
Building inside tools we haven’t worked in together before

What if I already have Dubsado and now want ClickUp too?
If you need a full new build in a new platform like ClickUp we can totally do that it’s just not part of this retainer. Head to the contact page to chat about a custom build.
What if I need more support than two build days?
If we don’t get through everything in your True North week, you’ve got options:

→ Add on extra support time for an additional fee
We’ll make the call together based on your priorities.
I don’t have any tech tools yet, can I still book?
True North is designed for founders who already have some tech foundations in place like Dubsado or ClickUp and want help evolving and improving them as their business grows.
