First things first: we hop on a quick call. You tell me where you’re at, what’s driving you nuts, and what you’d love your business to look and feel like day to day and in the future.
From there, I send you a proposal with exactly what you need. Once you’re booked, the fun starts:
Step 1:The Brain Dump
We kick things off with a deep-dive questionnaire + strategy call. You unload what’s been living in your head, and I map out your dream ops structure so you can see how it all fits together. After this you’ll be sent some homework to complete - yep… I can’t build your dreams without this I’m afraid!
Step 2:The Build Out
You go back to business as usual while I roll up my sleeves in the tech. Depending on what you’ve booked think: client-side (contracts, proposals, invoices, scheduling) and/or team-side (tasks, workflows, SOPs). You name it - we’re making it!
Step 3:The Makeover
We hop back on calls for training + handover. You get a full walkthrough, a support guide, and ongoing access to me while you test-drive your new setup. You leave empowered to use your own system, no gatekeeping here. But if you do wanna keep working together, I got options for ya!

But it’s worth nothing the great thing about ClickUp is that you can do so much more with it when you're more confident using it. At this point in time I don't for this service. Dubsado is the best CRM out there currently with the most bespoke features. If you can take the time to learn the system you'll be way above the rest. I had a client tell me for a year she didn't like Dubsado and then changed her mind and had a build completed, now she doesn't know what she'd do without it!
