Hi, I’m Harriet Evans — the systems strategist for creatives who care about client experience. 

And before I even knew what ‘systems’ were, I was obsessing over how to make things run smoother for clients spending £25K+ on a single experience.

I spent over six years in luxury management, most of it at a historic motor-racing circuit where I was an event planner.

And you’d be surprised at how unorganised the admin was. Messy spreadsheets, no-shows, a poor booking system, and instructors turning up late (or not at all). Which made it harder to keep clients happy.

I’m never going to be someone who signs off and leaves the mess behind.

So, I pushed for better. I mapped out every interaction the clients had at the circuit, from booking to goodbye, learned and implemented a new booking system, and even trained the team — and watched everything change for the better.

Which is why I made it my whole business.

When I started my business as a VA-OBM in 2021, I began helping my clients keep their systems running in the background. 

And to run that business? I learned and incorporated tools like Dubsado and Click-up to keep it running like a well-oiled machine..

And with that, came the realisation. If I can build something like this for myself, wouldn’t others benefit from it as well?

Since then, I’ve helped creatives and service providers build systems that feel good, look as gorgeous as their branding, and give their clients an experience that matches the value of their work.
