Day 1: Map Your Onboarding

You’ll use my Canva Whiteboard template (the same one I use with 1:1 clients) to map your onboarding process step by step from “payment made” to kick-off call. Get it out your head and spot the gaps that need your attention.

Day 2: Upgrade Your Forms

Whether you use an onboarding form or enquiry form, today’s about making sure it gets you what you need and keeps your client engaged.

Day 3: Set Your Client Expectations

We’ll plan out a simple, branded guide to set clear expectations, reinforce your process, and save you from answering the same Qs 15 times

Day 4: Set Up a Simple Automation

Automation doesn’t have to be scary. I’ll show you how to set up a simple one (yes, for free!) that saves you time and makes your process feel seamless.

Day 5: Write Your Onboarding Emails

Today we’ll focus on improving your client communication. You’ll write or refine 3 key onboarding emails to guide your clients, keep things on track, and show them they’re in good hands.
