The Situation
Maci booked me after a decision to find a client experience & systems specialist to support her with the launch of her new offers. She wanted my help because she'd seen and heard about me on the grapevine and the quality of work I'd done for others. Nothing beats knowing people are talking about you in rooms you're not in right?!

Her retainer client experience was already dialled in (a 9/10 by her own rating - we love to see it!) but her project-based services, Force Restart and System Loading, had no real system behind them at all. Task tracking had just moved from Notion to ClickUp, but the delivery process itself, onboarding, audits, templates, handoffs between the two services was still living in her head and she was doing it all manually
I was incredibly honoured Maci chose to work with me as an operations expert herself, there's something very privileged about building systems for others in your field.

Over 4 weeks, we built out Maci's client experience system in Dubsado and her service delivery templates in ClickUp, including:

30+ tasks mapped out with assignees, ideal due dates & basic automations
9 x Dubsado workflows supporting 2 offers
Dusbado Forms: 2 x proposals, 3 x questionnaires, 1 x lead capture form
Dubsado Assets: 3 x schedulers, 30+ email templates, 2 x payment plans

Maci no longer has to spend her own time or energy building the systems behind her service delivery — she can now execute consistently without reinventing the process each time.
