What happens in your retainer?
Choose between getting your systems scrubbed once a quarter, or twice a year. We’ll work closely for a week at whichever schedule you choose:
step 1: book your smooth operator week
At the start of the quarter, I’ll be in touch to lock in your slot.
Step 2: Send your systems updates
Once your week’s confirmed, I’ll send over a support request form. You can pop in ideas, updates, or changes as they come up and I’ll keep track of it all ahead of our kick-off.
step 3: Start your build days with a planning call
A month before your Smooth Operator week, I’ll be in touch to book our planning call. We’ll review what’s shifted, what needs evolving, and choose the top priorities for the build days.
step 4: i get to work
Over two focused build days, I’ll upgrade each of your top priority areas. We’re talking workflows, automations, forms… the lot.
step 5: final feedback & testing
On day 4, you’ll get a walkthrough, time to test things out, and space to share feedback before I polish it up.
